On 2 April 2013, Mr Mikołaj Konieczny, was appointed to the position of the Managing Director of FAST SA’s Branch in Skórcz. Mr Konieczny graduated from Electronics, Telecommunication and Information Technology Department at Gdańsk University of Technology as well as Rotterdam School of Management Erasmus University with the degree of Executive MBA.
New Director has a long-standing, hands-on experience in managing production company and numerous achievements in Lean Management which will surely contribute to implementing the system of professional operational solutions in the furniture plant. Previously, Mr Konieczny occupied executive and managerial positions in, among others, international production companies. He was in charge of operational activities such as production management, sales, purchasing, logistics, and HR and financial department. Mr Konieczny has an extensive experience in quality management, particularly ISO standards.
Cooperation with Mr Konieczny is another stage of changes in the organizational structure of FAST SA which are supposed to streamline the Company’s operational activities.
