Corporate Social Responsibility Policy of FAST SA

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy of FAST SA constitutes a response to the sustainable development challenges faced by our organisation and is an expression of the awareness of the impact of the Company on the social environment and stakeholders, in particular customers, employees, business partners, local community and natural environment. This Policy is a declaration built on persistent values as well as a guide-post for implementation of the social mission of FAST SA.

• We have been executing specialised projects in the field of surface protection, insulation as well as interiors and furniture based on the highest competences and standards. We pursue the corporate social responsibility to be present on every stage of the Company’s activity.
• We are a credible partner and we act in an ethical manner. We strive for prevention of any forms of dishonest business practices. We conduct fair business in compliance with all applicable provisions, norms, national standards and international law. We follow internal procedures in compliance with the provisions of the Integrated Management System.
• We are a financially stable company and we provide our stakeholders with transparent information on the conducted activity and condition of the enterprise. We aim at limitation of the risk resulting from the business activity on a permanent basis.
• We are an international team that is open to diversity. Each of us is equal in terms of rights and obligations. We respect the dignity of every team member and we all have the right to express our own opinions openly, assuming responsibility for them. We support each other in realisation of everyday tasks and we appreciate for contribution and engagement of others.
• Together, we create clean and safe working environment. We strive for prevention of any hazardous situations, including accidents.
• We conduct reliable assessment of the impact of our business activity on the natural environment and we aim at limitation of its any negative influence. Natural environment is a precious value for us.
• We build strategic and durable relations within the business and social environment. We are open to a dialogue with the stakeholders. We pursue to respond to the feedback coming from them.
• We care about the property and reputation of FAST SA.
• We are sensitive to the needs of the local community.  
• We have been developing our competencies constantly since we believe that continuous improvement is the foundation of FAST SA development.
   

The CSR Policy of FAST SA has been developed on the basis of the provisions of PN-ISO 26000:2012 and is a significant element of the Integrated Management System of FAST SA. All employees and partners of FAST SA are responsible for implementation of this Policy.
